We offer
backcountry fishing charters for as few as 1 and as
many as 4 persons.
Groups are welcome too as we have
three bay boats and can bring on several others. The
backcountry fishing charter is geared toward an
enjoyable day on the water catching what ever is
moving through. The main focus is for our clients to
catch as many different species of fish possible.
Backcountry
fishing is also a great way to fish the inshore and
near shore waters of the
Marquesas Keys for all of
the same species as the flats fishing charter and
more, as we are able to go to a little deeper water
with the bay boats as our tool, opening up yet even
another fishery for you on the same day.
We fish all over
the place on the backcountry fishing charters.
Inshore, near shore and sometimes even offshore if
the weather is perfect. It depends on the bite.
Depending on the season inshore and on the flats one
can expect shots at Tarpon, Permit, Bone fish,
Redfish, Trout, Huge Barracudas, Sharks, Lady Fish,
Jack Crevales and many more Near shore or slightly
offshore we catch Grouper, Yellowtail snapper,
Mutton snappers, Mackerel and Kingfish.

Feel free to use whatever you like for tackle. Most
use Spin fishing gear, Some elect to try the Fly
fishing and others want bait casters. What ever you

The rates for
this trip vary depending on number of persons and
length of the fishing charter. Rates are a bit more
for a
Marquesas Keys Fishing backcountry fishing
