West Of Key West about 26 miles lies
a chain of islands known as the Marquesas Keys.
Separated from the Lakes Passage by Boca Grand Channel
the Marquesas are the last pieces of land offered before
the Dry Tortugas.
At Dream Catcher Charters we
offer fishing charters to the Marquesas Keys daily
weather permitting. We offer
Flats fishing and near
shore fishing as well as
wreck and reef fishing.
Our trips are priced according to the boat we use be it
a flats boat, Bay boat or our Center Consoles. Either
way you go, a guide will take you there with knowledge
and the ability to catch the fish that are available.

What's Available In The Marquesas
Inshore
The
flats fishing
and
backcountry fishing are incredible. Tarpon,
Permit, Bonefish, Redfish, Huge Barracudas, Monster
Sharks, Jacks, Cobia, Bluefish and more can be found both
inside and outside the surrounding islands. With
picturesque views and abundant wild life an angler will
not soon forget the Marquesas. The Flats boat or Bay
Boat will be needed for this type of fishing charter,
the center Consoles can be used for
Shark Fishing.
Near shore
The wrecks and hard Bottom offer another element to the
game fish challenge with monster Barracudas, free
swimming permit by the dozens, Goliath Groupers, Jacks,
Cobia, Sharks and More. Some of the secret patch reefs
we fish produce nice size Black Groupers, Yellowtail and
Mutton Snappers. The Bay Boats or Center Consoles will
be needed for this type of trip.
Reef and Offshore
The reef off the Marquesas is the same reef line south
of Key West and the rest of the Florida Keys. South of
the Marquesas there are areas that offer the angler more
of an untouched or unabashed resource to fish with great
bottom fishing for Grouper, Yellowtail Snappers, Mutton
Snapper, Red Snappers and many more. Along the reef edge
a great fishery for larger Kingfish is a huge hit as
they eat very well any live bait or fly. In order to
fish the reef on a Marquesas trip you will need to book
the Bay Boat or Center Console.

Flats Boat
are the
traditional way to fish the Marquesas Keys. Your guide
poles you along the shallows sight
fishing for Tarpon,
Permit, and Bonefish. The
flats boats are more limited
in versatility as
Flats Fishing is all they can really
do on a Marquesas. Flats boats are more weather
sensitive than any other boat we offer.
Bay boats offer an incredible ride and tons of
versatility in fishing out there. Capable of fishing the
flats equally as well as a
flats boat. Our Bay boats are
certainly more comfortable with seating and amenities.
One of our bay boats has a bathroom for those needing
it. This boat can also be used on our
Snorkeling /
Fishing excursion as well.
Definitely the most popular way to fish.
Center consoles can go out to
the Marquesas and fish any day of the week and fish
well. Our least weather sensitive boat, the center
consoles offer the ability to fish the Sharks, the
wrecks and reefs and near shore waters. Great Choice for

and Fishing Charter.
