About The Dry Tortugas - Fort Jefferson
Located West of Key West about 65 miles is a group of islands that make up the Dry Tortugas. Look it up on Google Earth. Jutting out into the Southerly flow of the Gulf Stream coming out of the Gulf Of Mexico the reefs are fed constantly with clear water and nutrients that make this place a sport fisherman paradise. The fishing is incredible from 3 ft to 150 ft of water.
The Fort Jefferson is a civil war fortress that was built back in 1847 on Garden Key. Accessible only by boat and sea plane Fort Jefferson is an amazing artifact of history as it has been preserved for viewing and tours.

The Boat We Use
Our Dry Tortugas cruiser is a very nice 32ft Center Consoles made by Yellowfin yachts. Our newest boat will be delivered in February of 2017. Powered by twin Mercury 350 Verados this boat is very fast and super comfortable. State of the art electronics from GARMIN Marine.
The focus on this very unique charter is to show our clients the variety of species and types of sport fishing that is available in the area of the Dry Tortugas all while taking in the amazing waters and diverse fishing arenas such as wrecks, reefs, towers and open water.
This is NOT a race to fill the box with fish. We do keep plenty of fish on this charter for our anglers and happy to prepare them at the end of the trip. We will not call this a meat hunters delight. ANY fish caught inside the "park Boundaries" will be released to be caught another day - No exceptions.
